Gole di Gazzara
The water of Caltavuturo creek, Imera southern tributary, over millennia separated two calcareous hills: the Breo hill and the Cozzo Russo hill. Starting from the two hills slopes, is it possible to climb up to the rift created by water power, which shrinks forming two side walls which are flooded by winter water. The bottleneck between calcareous rocks presents a rich Mediterranean vegetation and nearby can be seen two ancient mills, which were once activated by water falling.
