The Castle ruins are located on a rock ridge 650 mt above the sea level, dominating the course of two rivers and the village on its southern side. The remains mostly preserved belong to two buildings, probably towers, with an irregular plan terracing the steep terrain. Perhaps the castle was an entrenchment with walls for an old village built along the slopes, of which we have the remains of a small church.
