The Isnello Mother Church (XV century), presents significant transformations occurred over centuries. The church is composed of three naves: in the right one is located the Cappella dell´Addolorata where are preserved the frescos Storie dei Progenitori made by Antonio Ferraro; besides the chapel, in the same nave are located two painting of Piety and of S. Domenico made by Giuseppe Salerino, several '600 stuccos realised by Giuseppe Li Volsi, a wooden choir from 1601 and the organ loft made by Federico di Marco and Giacomo Mangio. Finally, in the left nave can be seen the marble ciborium from XV century made by Domenico Gagini.
