Chiesa di S. Giuliano - Pollina

The original core of the St. Julien Church was built in the sixteenth century, although it has been almost completely remodeled in 1800 to take the present gothic form. The facade consists of false windows and a rose window. The frame is lightened thanks to pointed arches which frame the door and windows. Inside there is the statue of Quattrocchi of Petralia Sottana. It represents Saint Julian, patron saint of Pollina and is made of chalk and gold.
