The Rosary Church during the 16th century was included in Isnello Prince's Palace, to serve as private chapel. One of the princes, Pietro Santacolmba Denti, commissioned the "paliotto", a decorative panel covering the front part of the altar, still exposed nowadays. Besides this, can be seen an altarpiece made by the flemish painter Simone from Wobrek, representing the Madonna del Rosario and the fifteen mysteries. Also very remarkable is the 600' Isnello complete chasuble, a sacred vestment in gold, silk and coral.
